In the morning, between 4:00 and 4:30am, we will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco to start the trip to the Humantay Lake which is located North East of the town of Cusco. On the route we will pass through several small villages. Having reached the town of Limatambo, we will ascend towards the town of Mollepata where we will have our breakfast before continuing our trip to Soraypampa. There, will begin our walk towards the Humantay Lagoon. The walk lasts approximately 2 hours. The lagoon is impressive due to its incredible view on the snow-capped mountains of Humantay and Salkantay. After a brief rest, we return to Soraypampa, board our bus and return to Mollepata. Here, we will have lunch before returning to Cusco at around 6:00pm.
